    国宴

    。。。   。。。

    北京人民大会堂今晚洋溢着浓浓的喜庆气氛,中国国务院举行盛大招待会款待来自世界各国和国内各界的四千多人士。

      记者看到,人民大会堂二层宴会厅济济一堂,疏密有致地摆满了铺好白色桌布的筵席,三层的两侧也各自摆放了数十桌,服务生告诉记者大约开席五百桌。

      宾客入席时,餐桌上已摆放了冷菜,共六种:五香鸭脯、凤尾鱼、香辣凉瓜、酸辣泡椒、三色蒸蛋、四鲜烤麸;点心有两种:花雪蛋糕、月饼,酒两种:红、白葡萄酒,水果是粉红的大雪桃。///觉得冷菜都比的上正餐了。三色蒸蛋ms不算太难,有时间大家可以试试看。ps,有人会做花雪蛋糕么 ?

    四鲜烤麸

      


    记者从宴会上的菜谱看到,主菜是四菜一汤,分别是:干贝银丝汤、清炒虾球、酱烧小牛排、茭白鲜蔬、柠香银鳕鱼。主食是扬州炒饭,点心,最后还有水果。///感觉主菜比较清淡啊,ms小牛排是个特色菜,据说还有个番茄牛肉煲。ps,又见扬州炒饭。


       人民大会堂国宴菜谱融合了传统中国八大菜系的精华,据人大会堂国宴厅首任总厨孙应武日前透露,人民大会堂做出的宴会菜,讲究的并不是原汁原味的地道,而 是有所改良。因为要考虑到宾客来自全国各地甚至世界各地,口味差异很大,国宴要调和出大家都能够接受的味道。因此人民大会堂国宴基本原则有两条,一是“好 吃不如爱吃”,二是“可操作性”。///不知道如果有人对海鲜过敏的话,桌上会上什么菜呢?

      记者还发现,国宴席上配备了西餐和中餐两种餐具,这是为了适应中外嘉宾的不同饮食习惯。记者发现,先上桌的冷菜颇受外国嘉宾喜欢,很多盘子清空了。///老外果然不负众望,哈哈!
